The Successful Candidate Will
- Support the Principal in all aspects of school leadership and act on their behalf when required.
- Drive high standards of teaching, learning, and student achievement.
- Lead and develop staff, supporting professional growth and performance.
- Contribute to curriculum planning, school improvement, and ADEK compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree (QFE 7) or Postgraduate Diploma (QFE 8) with CPD in leadership.
- Minimum of 6–8 years’ experience in education, including at least 3 years teaching.
- Proven leadership experience and strong communication skills.
- Experience in British curriculum schools.
- Bilingual in English and Arabic (advantageous but not essential).
- ADEK Educational Leadership License.
- A collaborative and supportive leadership team.
