We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to join our Home Division team, coded 18O25. This role is pivotal in driving in-store customer engagement and promoting our brand's aesthetic through innovative merchandising solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for design, a passion for home decor, and a strong understanding of consumer behavior. As a Visual Merchandiser in our Home Division, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays that enhance the customer experience and align with our brand's vision. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to implement merchandising strategies that improve sales and promote our assortment of home products. Responsibilities

• Design and implement eye-catching visual displays across store locations to attract customers.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop merchandising strategies and marketing plans.
• Ensure all space within the store is utilized effectively and efficiently to maximize impact.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to keep displays fresh and innovative.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess display effectiveness and make necessary improvements.
• Train store staff on visual merchandising standards and best practices to maintain display quality.
• Manage and maintain inventory of display materials and fixtures to support merchandising needs.
• Analyze sales data to measure the impact of merchandising efforts on store performance and adjust as needed.
• Communicate with store managers to ensure displays adhere to brand guidelines and strategies.
• Coordinate seasonal and promotional display changes to align with marketing campaigns and new product launches.
• Develop and oversee the execution of merchandising plans for special events and sales promotions.
• Provide feedback and suggestions on product placement and display techniques to enhance customer engagement.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Merchandising, Design, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser, ideally within a home goods or retail environment.
• Strong creative and artistic skills with an eye for color, design, and presentation.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve company objectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with multiple departments and store staff.
• Proficient in the use of visual merchandising software and tools to design compelling displays.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
