Daikan Izakaya, Abu Dhabi, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Waiter / Waitress to join our successful and growing team. As a key member of our restaurant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that every patron feels welcomed.

- Customer Engagement: Greet and seat guests in a professional manner. Accurately take and process food and beverage orders.
- Menu Guidance: Provide detailed information about menu items, daily specials, and promotions while responding to guest inquiries and dietary requests.
- Service Excellence: Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Collaboration: Communicate effectively with Kitchen and Bar department
- Health and Safety: Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and workplace health regulations to ensure a safe and clean environment for both guests and team members.
- Over 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive guest and team interactions.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining high service standards.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices to ensure compliance and quality.
- Positive attitude with a genuine passion for enhancing guest experiences.
- Flexible and reliable, available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Dedicated team player with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
