Responsibilities
As a Waiter / Waitress / Bartender / Hostess you are responsible to provide professional service to our guests, ensuring their restaurant visit will become a memorable dining experience whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as:
Provide professional service to our guest.
Generate memorable experiences.
Have strong service and beverage skills.
Promote and up sell hotel facilities.
Be an ambassador of the hotel and company’s culture and philosophy.
Have a diploma / degree in hospitality and / or previous experience in a similar position for 1 – 3 years.
Passion for people and service.
Be calm under pressure.
Have attention to detail.
Be adaptable and enjoy team work leading towards achieving outstanding results.
Knowledge & Skills
The ideal candidate will be hands-on with a true passion for people and service along with a positive and pleasant attitude. You will thrive working in a busy environment and stay calm under pressure, have attention to details and should possess understanding of the job, adaptability, teamwork and with outstanding customer service.
