Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Take and process orders accurately using the POS (Micros) system.
- Ensure high levels of cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
- Promote menu items and upsell where appropriate.
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and efficiently.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel.
- Fluent in English and at least one additional foreign language.
- Trained in HACCP and experienced with Micros POS.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance, well-organized, and guest focused.
