Summary

Customer Service

• Ensure that all water quality maintenance activities are conducted in a manner that minimizes disruption to guests and enhances their experience.
• Handle guest inquiries and feedback related to water quality issues in a courteous and efficient manner, ensuring any problems are resolved satisfactorily.
• Maintain positive interactions with guests and colleagues, fostering a safe and welcoming environment.
  
  

Financial

• Maximize productivity through effective time management and multi-tasking.
• Assist in managing resources efficiently to meet the financial goals of the park.
• Embrace new technology and methods to improve water quality processes and productivity.
  
  

Operational

• Perform routine testing and monitoring of water quality in all pools, attractions, and water features within the park.
• Be flexible and adapt to different roles and tasks within the engineering department.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the water quality testing areas and store rooms.
• Ensure all testing equipment is in good working condition and report any issues to the Engineering Team Leader or Department Management.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure the safety and quality of all water systems.
• Respond promptly to water quality issues and emergencies, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
• Maintain accurate records of water quality tests and maintenance activities.
  
  

Personnel

• Work closely with other engineering staff to ensure a cohesive and efficient maintenance operation.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge related to water quality.
• Adhere to the park's grooming and appearance standards, ensuring a professional and approachable image.
  
  

Other Duties

• Follow all park policies on fire, hygiene, health, and safety.
• Report for duty punctually, wearing the correct uniform and nametag at all times.
• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
• Attend and contribute to staff meetings and training sessions.
• Support the implementation of the park's values and culture.
• Undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties as assigned by the Engineering Team Leader or Department Management.
  
  

Occasional Duties

• Assist in carrying out inventory of water quality testing supplies and equipment.
• Perform other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

"2+ years of experience in pool water chemistry and filtration systems Knowledge of Dubai Municipality health regulations CPO certification preferred Experience operating automated water testing and treatment systems High reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language Basic competency in MS Excel, Word"
