Join our organization as an Administrator - Snr, contributing to administrative excellence as part of our team in Ras Al Khaimah, where you'll work in an ONSITE environment. In this capacity, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining efficient administrative processes, supporting site teams, and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of documentation related to permitting, safety, and commissioning.

- Maintain comprehensive administrative files and task trackers across designated departments.
- Act as the primary Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for site teams, Commissioning, ESSW, and LOTO representatives.
- Assist with LOTO and ESSW permit administration, maintaining updated registers and tracking permit statuses (open/closed).
- Coordinate effectively with permit requestors, approvers, field teams, and the LOTO Coordinator.
- Archive documentation related to permits, commissioning, and ESSW.
- Escalate missing information, discrepancies, and incomplete documentation to appropriate stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple documents simultaneously.
- Strong collaboration skills for coordinating with various stakeholders.
- Experience supporting compliance, audit, safety documentation, permit systems, or project administration.
- Familiarity with Permit to Work, LOTO, or ESSW documentation processes.
- Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent demonstrated experience.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar administrative or document control role.
- Prior exposure to HSE, Commissioning, ESSW, LOTO, Permit to Work, or safety documentation.
- Experience in a construction, engineering, or industrial project environment.
- Working knowledge of electronic permit and document management systems.
