Automotive Technician cum Driver

Job Summary

• To ensure that all work carried out is executed in line with established work procedures especially health & safety, time standards so that the overall objectives of productivity are met or exceeded.
• Responsible to ensure that all relevant administration is completed, and to adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• To provide a fast and efficient quality mobile fitting service to customers, by providing timely roadside assistance that includes tyre fitting, Puncture repair and Battery replacement.
• To provide reliable fault finding and produce accurate corrective diagnosis/repairs as instructed by the customer. Responsible to ensure all of our customers are advised of any potential faults to ensure the vehicle is in a roadworthy and safe condition
• Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through quality of work and clear communication.

The ideal candidate for this role should be a High School Graduate and Technical School Graduate. You should have 5-6 years’ experience in reputable workshop as Auto Technician and holds a valid UAE driver’s License. You will perform tyre and battery services, alignments, minor repairs and diagnosis on mechanical (under chassis, electrical, air conditioning) repairs. You should be able to read, understand and write English well enough to follow mandated trainings. Good communicator is necessary!
