Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, bookings, and service requests.
- Interact with customers over various communication mediums including phone, email, social media channels (Instagram, Facebook), and WhatsApp.
- Provide accurate information regarding services, promotions, and available appointments.
- Schedule and confirm client appointments efficiently to maximize branch availability.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and handle any concerns or complaints professionally.
- Assist in resolving client issues and ensuring a smooth and pleasant customer experience.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
- Coordinate with operational team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with customers.
- Achieve performance targets, including client conversion rates, customer retention, and service quality.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic (verbal and written).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle customer queries in a calm, professional manner.
- Previous call center experience is preferred. Medical industry exposure is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus) and Call Center Systems (Ziwo experience is a plus).
- Flexible and able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
