Job Description

• Addressing minor issues like fixing leaky faucets, repairing furniture, and patching drywall.
• Conducting regular checks and maintenance of equipment, fixtures, and building systems to prevent potential problems.
• Handling plumbing repairs, such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing fixtures.
• Addressing minor electrical issues like replacing light bulbs or switches.
• Performing painting and touch-up work to maintain the aesthetic appeal of the hotel.
• Handling basic carpentry tasks, like repairing or replacing wooden fixtures.
• Addressing guest requests for maintenance and repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Adhering to safety guidelines and protocols while performing maintenance tasks.
  
  

Qualifications

• Ability to initiate contact and establish rapport easily with staff and guests
• Ability to work a rotating roster
• A willingness to meet the requirements of working in a luxury hotel
• Ability to handle tasks carefully and correctly
• Excellent attention to detail and be thorough and exact in details with a sense of urgency.
• A high energy level.
• Versatility in responding to guest requests and situations.
• Ability to remain calm and effective in high volume work situations.
