Leading provider of cutting-edge Enterprise Low Voltage (ELV) and Security Systems solutions. We are dedicated to delivering innovative technology and exceptional service to our diverse clientele in Abu Dhabi and across the UAE. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team and drive significant growth within the enterprise sector.
Position Summary
We are looking for a results-oriented Sales Manager with a proven track record in ELV and Security Systems sales within the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with enterprise clients, identifying new business opportunities, and consistently exceeding sales targets. This role requires a deep understanding of the security and ELV market, excellent communication skills, and a strategic approach to client management.
Key Responsibilities
- *Business Development:* Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise segment in Abu Dhabi, focusing on ELV and Security Systems projects.
- *Client Relationship Management:* Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, and contractors to become a trusted advisor.
- *Solution Selling:* Understand client needs and pain points to propose tailored ELV and Security Systems solutions, including CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Fire Alarm, Public Address, BMS, and more.
- *Sales Strategy & Planning:* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets.
- *Proposal & Presentation:* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and tender responses, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with client requirements.
- *Market Analysis:* Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to effectively position our solutions.
- *Collaboration:* Work closely with the technical, pre-sales, and project delivery teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
- *Reporting:* Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and customer information in the CRM system.
- *Experience:* 5- 7years of progressive sales experience in Enterprise Low Voltage (ELV) and Security Systems in the UAE, with a strong focus on Abu Dhabi.
- *Industry Knowledge:* In-depth understanding of various ELV and Security Systems technologies and solutions.
- *Market Understanding:* Proven ability to navigate the Abu Dhabi enterprise market, including government, semi-government, and large private sector clients.
- *Communication:* Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- *Education:* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- *Language:* Fluency in English is essential; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
- *Driver's License:* Valid UAE driving license is required.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a strong desire to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Salary Range:* AED 10,000 - 15,000 (monthly, inclusive of benefits, based on experience and qualifications).
