- Site Planning & Coordination Coordinate daily installation schedules. Assign installation teams to project sites. Ensure labor and supervisors are allocated efficiently. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and main contractors regarding site readiness. Arrange transportation, tools, and equipment required for each site.
- Site Measurement Coordination Schedule and assign teams to conduct site measurements. Ensure measurements are completed accurately and on time. Verify measurement reports before submitting them to the production department. Coordinate re-measurements whenever required.
- Daily Installation Monitoring Update the daily installation progress report. Record: Number of doors installed. Number of door frames installed. Pending installations. Remaining quantities. Compare planned versus actual progress.
- Daily Excel Reporting Maintain and update the company's daily tracking sheets, including: Total doors installed per project. Total frames installed. Site-wise installation progress. Daily manpower attendance. Labor allocation. Daily overtime hours. Pending work. Completed work. Site readiness status. Material delivery status. Measurement status.
- Overtime Management Record daily overtime for each worker. Verify overtime with site supervisors. Submit overtime records to HR/Accounts. Monitor overtime costs and recommend improvements.
- Communication Communicate daily with: Project Manager Factory Manager Site Engineers Installation Teams Clients Main Contractors Resolve scheduling conflicts. Inform all concerned parties of any delays.
- Documentation Maintain records of: Measurement reports. Installation reports. Daily progress reports. Site instructions. Site photographs. Material delivery records. Attendance records. Overtime records. Snag lists. Completion reports.
