The Role:
We are looking for an Airworthiness Specialist to join our growing team of aviation professionals. In this role, you will ensure that all our autonomous and unmanned platforms meet stringent airworthiness and regulatory requirements in the UAE, helping us deliver safe and reliable systems that serve critical missions in challenging environments.

The Role:
We are looking for an Airworthiness Specialist to join our growing team of aviation professionals. In this role, you will ensure that all our autonomous and unmanned platforms meet stringent airworthiness and regulatory requirements in the UAE, helping us deliver safe and reliable systems that serve critical missions in challenging environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure full compliance with UAE General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) regulations and other applicable standards.
- Conduct detailed aircraft inspections to confirm airworthiness and safety standards.
- Review technical documentation, maintenance records, and manuals for regulatory adherence.
- Issue airworthiness certifications and liaise with relevant aviation authorities.
- Support safety initiatives across teams and participate in incident investigations when required.
- Assist in developing and implementing airworthiness and compliance policies and procedures.
- Deliver training and guidance on best practices and regulatory requirements to internal teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in aircraft maintenance, engineering, or airworthiness management.
- Strong knowledge of UAE GCAA regulations and international aviation standards.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a structured, analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
