Assistant Office Manager - T&I

The team provides and supports the systems that glue the business together. That means maintaining all IT from the most basic desktop support to the most complex flight information systems. As importantly, they’re game changers for the industry. They bring us smart developments and advanced processes which revolutionise what we do.

What You’ll Deliver

• You'll co-coordinate and arrange SVP meetings as required, providing appropriate advanced material for discussion
• You'll manage and carry out general administrative support for the Engineering Services Leadership Team
• You'll liaise with SVP Engineering Services and ES leadership team in staff related matters.
• You'll assist in creating and tracking invoices and purchase orders into the company financial management system as required.
• You'll participate in organising group events, by researching venues, suppliers etc. and arranging logistics
  
  

What You Bring

• You should be educated to a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Related.
• You should acquire 5 - 7 years of relevant & overall experience
