We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant General Surgeon specializing in Breast Surgery to join a leading healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will provide expert surgical care for breast-related conditions, including cancer treatment, reconstructive procedures, and minimally invasive techniques. Arabic fluency is essential for patient communication and cultural alignment.

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant General Surgeon specializing in Breast Surgery to join a leading healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will provide expert surgical care for breast-related conditions, including cancer treatment, reconstructive procedures, and minimally invasive techniques. Arabic fluency is essential for patient communication and cultural alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat breast-related conditions, including benign and malignant tumors
- Perform advanced surgical procedures such as mastectomy, lumpectomy, and breast reconstruction
- Collaborate with oncologists, radiologists, and other specialists to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, ensuring optimal patient recovery
- Utilize minimally invasive and robotic-assisted surgical techniques where applicable
- Educate patients on treatment options, recovery expectations, and preventive care
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in breast surgery and oncology.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification in General Surgery with specialization in Breast Surgery
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in breast surgery
- Expertise in both oncologic and reconstructive breast procedures
- Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written)
- Western medical training preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
