Customer Service Representative-Call Center

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Customer Service Representative-Call Center. The selected candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide exceptional customer support, ensure client satisfaction, and resolve customer issues efficiently. Daily responsibilities include maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, delivering clear and timely communication, and working collaboratively with the call center team to foster positive customer experiences.

• Strong knowledge and experience in Customer Service, including expertise in Customer Support and achieving Customer Satisfaction.
• Ability to enhance Customer Experience through clear communication and effective problem-solving.
• Ability to maintain professional interactions and foster positive relationships to achieve excellence in Customer Relations.
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills in English (additional language skills are a plus).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Availability to work on-site in Dubai.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is an advantage.
