Your Role as a Customer Service Specialist
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be a trusted point of contact for our retail customers, ensuring they receive expert guidance and a seamless experience. You will play a key role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships in an industry that values trust and expertise.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers worldwide via email, phone, and live chat in English, Spanish and/or Italian, and ideally German
- Advise and assist customers with product information, orders, and account management.
- Resolve inquiries efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining high service standards.
- Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with a multicultural team to streamline processes and improve customer service strategies.
- Support innovation by sharing insights that help refine and optimize service offerings.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Languages: Strong English & Spanish and/or Italian skills; German and/or French is a plus.
- Customer Service Experience: Ideally in an international and service excellence-driven environment.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to engage with customers professionally and empathetically.
