- Ensure that a high-quality service is provided to the client within the defined standards.
- Coordinate with other internal departments on the status of shipments and collect the required documents for Customs Clearance.
- Print Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin/Compliance, Bill of Lading, and any other required documentation to ensure the proper filing of shipment information.
- Execute filing of customs entries and post-entry work/ transactions.
- Verification of the accuracy of declared shipments and compliance with customs legislation.
- Exhibit confidence of client and support continuity of business and send performance reports to client in a timely manner.
- Screen paperwork, update documentation and support in documentation archiving processes
