The Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay, a pre-opening cluster of hotels, is looking for an experienced Demi Chef De Partie to join their extraordinary team!
Conveniently located in the heart of Dubai’s Business Bay area, home of the Burj Khalifa! Minutes away from The Dubai mall, renowned Jumeirah Beach, and with convenient access to all of Dubai’s world leading tourist attractions. The Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay will include 280 hotel rooms as well as 120 one- and two-bedroom apartments, convenient F&B offerings & meeting and events facilities.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
As a DCDP under the general direction of the Executive Chef or Head Chef, and within the limits of established IHG, local hotel policies & procedures, you will Support the Section Chef by preparing, presenting, storing, and serving a selection of dishes. Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.
At all times you must be representative of the qualities of delivering Holiday Inn service standards. To provide warm, welcoming service without compromise to all guests.
What We Need From You
It is not just about completing tasks and doing the work! We are looking for personality, originality, creativity, focus and a passion to deliver great results directly and via the whole team!
Previous experience in similar role preferred. Fluency in English is a must, additional languages are an added advantage. Communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships.
