The Director of Pre-Opening based in our Dubai Office, oversees all aspects of operational readiness across Aman’s new and transitioning properties, ensuring each opening reflects the brand’s uncompromising standards of excellence and efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Lead manning and workforce planning across properties, benchmarking against luxury peers and ensuring cost efficiency.
- Sponsor and guide the rollout of OnTrack Labor Management, defining business requirements and driving adoption across teams.
- Architect multi-property cluster models for core functions (Sales, Finance, Engineering), establishing governance and measurable savings.
- Align manpower strategies with market forecasts and brand culture, support leadership development and engagement initiatives.
- Validate manning, budgets, and design deliverables.
- Mentor General Managers through the 180-day countdown to ensure seamless handover and operational alignment.
- Deliver monthly workforce dashboards and predictive analytics to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to regional and property leaders.
- Guide organizational design and enabling agile, efficient service structures.
- Over 10 years of senior leadership in luxury hospitality operations with multi-property exposure.
- Strong strategic, financial, and analytical acumen.
- Proven success implementing enterprise management systems and leading complex change initiatives.
- Deep understanding of luxury brand standards.
- Arabic proficiency an advantage.
- Access to sensitive data requires the utmost discretion in line with Aman’s governance and compliance policies.
