Emiratization Manager

Wio is looking for the Leading Emiratization Manager in FinTech!

We're looking for a game-changer to join us as our Emiratization Manager and lead the charge in attracting, developing, and supporting top UAE Nationals.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Emiratization Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement a comprehensive Emiratization strategy that aligns with Wio’s business goals and UAE Emiratization targets.

Partner with key stakeholders to identify, attract, and retain top UAE National talent across all business units.

Design and manage Emirati skills development programs that enhance capabilities and prepare talent for long-term career growth.

Create and implement career progression frameworks, ensuring clear development pathways for Emirati employees.

Monitor and report on Emiratization KPIs, providing regular insights and recommendations to leadership.

Program Development & Management

Build targeted Emirati talent development programs focused on skill-building and professional growth.

Collaborate with key business leaders to ensure that Emiratization initiatives align with departmental and organizational objectives.

Develop and implement succession planning initiatives to ensure Emirati employees are well-positioned for future leadership roles.

Foster partnerships with universities, training providers, and government entities such as Nafis and MOHRE to ensure program compliance and to leverage national initiatives.

Stakeholder Management & Reporting

Work closely with internal teams (HR, department heads) and external stakeholders (educational institutions, government bodies) to drive Emiratization goals and initiatives.

Report on the success and progress of Emiratization initiatives and ensure alignment with UAE regulatory requirements.

Build strong relationships with universities and training providers to create robust pipelines for Emirati talent.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.

7+ years of experience in Emiratization, talent development, or workforce planning, preferably within the fintech or financial services sector.

Deep understanding of UAE Emiratization policies and regulations.

Proven ability to design and execute Emiratization programs that develop Emirati talent and support career progression.

Strong experience in building and managing partnerships with educational institutions, government bodies, and other external stakeholders.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze trends and drive insights.
