Job Title: Graphic & Web Designer

Job Location: Abu Dhabi

Job Role:

The Graphic & Web Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs across various media platforms, both digital and print, while also developing and maintaining the company’s website. This role combines creative graphic design work with technical web development skills to ensure the brand’s visual identity is cohesive, engaging, and user-friendly. The ideal candidate will have a blend of creative and technical skills, with an eye for detail and a passion for user experience (UX) and design aesthetics.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

• Design visually appealing graphics for digital marketing (social media posts, email newsletters, banners) and print media (brochures, business cards, posters, etc.).
• Ensure all designs are consistent with the company’s branding and style guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials for campaigns, product launches, and events.
  
  

Web Design & Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain the company’s website, ensuring a responsive, user-friendly experience across all devices.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas before implementation.
• Continuously improve the website by updating content, improving navigation, and enhancing UX/UI elements.
  
  

UX/UI Design:

• Apply UX/UI best practices to design intuitive and attractive web pages that enhance the user experience.
• Conduct user research and analyze website metrics to make data-driven design decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to incorporate into projects.
  
  

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with the marketing team, copywriters, and developers to ensure cohesive design and messaging across all platforms.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure the website is built to specifications and optimized for performance.
• Provide creative input and support for internal teams regarding design-related projects.
  
  

Branding & Identity:

• Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all digital and print platforms.
• Ensure that all graphic elements are aligned with brand standards, reinforcing the company’s mission and values.
  
  

Multimedia Content Creation:

• Create engaging multimedia content such as infographics, videos, and animations to support marketing and product teams.
• Optimize graphics and media for web performance without sacrificing quality.
  
  

Experience & Education:

• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic and web design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both graphic design and web development.
• Must showcase the portfolio of work done
  
  

Skills:

Graphic Design:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong sense of typography, color theory, and visual composition.
  
  

Web Design & Development:

• Proficiency in web design software (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow).
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and web performance optimization.
  
  

UX/UI:

• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and tools.
• Ability to create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
  
  

Multimedia:

• Experience in creating multimedia content, such as video editing (Adobe Premiere, After Effects) and animations.
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with additional web development languages such as JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue) is a plus.
