Guest Experience & Manifest - Level I

This role falls under our Sky Dubai umbrella and is responsible for coordinating and scheduling skydiving activities, ensuring efficient operations, and providing exceptional customer service to Skydive Dubai’s customers and staff.

• Check in all tandem customers and licensed skydivers. Collect and record all relevant information into customer files. Do the second check for waivers, ensure all waivers are properly and completely filled out, identification is checked, and the customer meets all requirements to jump
• Take copies and file all of licenses, insurance, and logbook for licensed jumpers and ensure they have the proper documentation and prerequisites to jump at the palm
• Input payments (example deposits, vouchers, remaining balances, special event payments, and jump tickets) charged by credit card or cash payments into Jump run, hold accountability for a cash drawer, reconcile drawer at the end of the day
• Run necessary accounting reports and queries to settle the drawer at the end of the day. Submit all documents and receipts
• Assist customers for tandem information, reservations, reservation modification, VIP bookings, and licensed skydiver information via email and phone
• In the event of bad weather, rescheduling tandem reservations, providing same day refunds, assisting in refund request forms for customers who have paid online
• Follow up with the finance department and provide flow of information to the customer throughout the refund process
• Keep record, file and update all waivers from customers
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of multiple computer software programs (for example, JumpRun, booking system, Microsoft word and Excel)
• Ensure the most efficient daily operation of the drop zone and assist where necessary
• This position is also capable and required to assist at the front desk
• Train and gain proficiently in Manifest Level II duties.
• Assist in performing Level II duties as requested.
  
  
  

Preferred Educational Qualifications And Professional Certifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
  
  
  

Experience

• Previous minimum 2 years experience working in Customer Service, Skydiving Industry preferred.
