Food People are hiring a charismatic and well-connected Guest Relations Manager to be the face of a premium dining experience in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who brings their own network, knows how to build strong relationships with elite clientele, and delivers a service experience that keeps guests coming back.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the on-floor ambassador for the venue, ensuring an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure.
  • Leverage your personal network and connections to bring high-profile clientele and create a buzz around the venue.
  • Build and nurture lasting relationships with regular guests and VIPs.
  • Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure alignment between service, brand voice, and customer experience.
  • Use feedback and guest insights to support continuous service improvements.
  • Maintain a consistent presence during key shifts and events to uphold service standards and build community.

Key Ingredients:

  • Proven experience in guest relations or front-of-house roles within premium hospitality, nightlife, or premium dining.
  • A strong personal network of HNWIs, influencers, and VIP clientele within the Dubai market.
  • Natural charisma and the ability to connect authentically with diverse clientele.
  • Confident, presentable, and calm under pressure in fast-paced, high-profile environments.
  • Deep understanding of the local market and service expectations in premium F&B settings.
