About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a Guest Services Executive to join our Front Office team at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
- Assist with pre-registration, check-in and check-out procedures, manage extended stay requests, and handle group bookings in line with brand standards.
- Respond to all incoming phone calls in a courteous, professional, and friendly manner.
- Handle all email queries professionally, ensuring timely responses and adhering to standard email etiquette.
- Communicate rates for facilities, products, and services accurately, use suggestive selling techniques, and create value for guests.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all facilities, services, programs, and reservation processes related to the domain.
- Greet and assist guests in person or over the phone with bookings and inquiries, manage arrivals and departures, provide facility orientations, and process payments through cash or card.
About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- 3 years of experience within the international luxury hospitality industry of Dubai.
- Any additional language will be considered as a plus (Russian/Arabic/French/Spanish/Italian/Mandarin).
- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
