Key Accountabilities:

• Oversee and manage warehouse inventory levels using ERP inventory modules. Develop and implement inventory control procedures.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and cycle counts to reconcile discrepancies, track inventory movements and update ERP systems
• Implement strategies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce excess stock
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for stock replenishment
• Ensure timely and accurate inventory reporting, ensure compliance with inventory policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate records and generate inventory reports.
• Collaborate with other departments to forecast inventory needs and plan accordingly and assist in training and supervising inventory staff
  
  

Experience & Education Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, logistics, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Proven experience as an Inventory Controller or similar role
• Strong knowledge of inventory management software and ERP systems
