Location: Abu Dhabi

Duration: 6-12 months (with potential extension)

About the Role: We are seeking a Process Consultant to support the migration from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion, focusing on Finance and Procurement functions. The successful candidate will document and analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and perform a gap analysis to align workflows with Oracle Fusions capabilities and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze existing Finance and Procurement processes in Oracle EBS, identifying dependencies, pain points, and inefficiencies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and perform a gap analysis against Oracle Fusion capabilities.
  • Design efficient, scalable future-state processes aligned with organizational goals, policies, regulatory requirements, and Oracle Fusion functionalities.
  • Identify and document process-related risks and propose actionable mitigations.
  • Develop process documentation, including flow diagrams, and propose actionable improvements.
  • Facilitate workshops to validate designs and engage senior management with progress updates and recommendations.
  • Provide expertise on transitioning to future-state processes, including a migration roadmap and change management strategies.
  • Define process metrics and KPIs for monitoring performance and ensure a smooth handover to the implementation team.


Deliverables:

  • Analysis Report: Detailed analysis of current Finance and Procurement processes, identifying dependencies, pain points, and inefficiencies.
  • Requirements and Gap Analysis: Documentation of gathered requirements and a gap analysis report comparing current processes with Oracle Fusion capabilities.
  • Future-State Process Designs: Efficient, scalable process designs aligned with organizational goals, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Risk assessment report with proposed mitigation strategies.
  • Process Documentation: Comprehensive documentation, including flow diagrams and actionable improvements.
  • Workshop Materials and Summaries: Agendas, materials, and summary reports from validation workshops, including progress updates and recommendations.
  • Migration Roadmap and Change Management: Roadmap for transitioning to future-state processes and change management strategies.
  • Performance Metrics and Handover: Defined process metrics and KPIs, along with handover documentation to the implementation team.


Experience:

  • Expertise in Oracle Fusion, process re-engineering, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven experience in documenting and analyzing business processes.
  • Strong understanding of Finance and Procurement functions.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a defined timeframe.
  • 10 years of experience in similar engagements
  • Familiarity with the asset management or financial services sector.
