Position Summary

We are seeking a highly driven and culturally experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate a strategic healthcare partnership between cereneo and Dubai Health Authority. The role will support the operational management of a specialized rehabilitation facility as well as contribute to the broader development of Dubai’s rehabilitation system.

This role acts as the primary interface between the facility’s clinical operations and administrative stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution, strategic alignment, and legally compliant implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic development: Support the strategic implementation and ongoing evolution of the Dubai partnership; develop a robust commercial model that highlights long-term value for all partners.
• Partnership management: Serve as the central liaison managing the specialized rehabilitation facility together with a local partner, bridging communication between different stakeholders.
• Contractual compliance: Ensure all contractual obligations are clearly understood, communicated, and met, monitor execution against agreed deliverables and timelines and serve as the primary point of contact for compliance with the partnership framework.
• Quality management: Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to implement quality management systems and monitor performance indicators and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Insurance engagement: Engage with Dubai Health Insurance Corporation and other local insurers to develop a coverage model that supports the cost of specialized rehabilitation services.
• Academic integration: Collaborate with academic institutions to embed education and research into the clinic’s daily operations, supporting clinical innovation and professional development.
• Operational oversight: Oversee administrative operations of the clinic, coordinate across clinical and administrative teams using strong lateral leadership skills to ensure timely and efficient execution, identify and address practical needs and challenges across operations to ensure effective day-to-day delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

• Higher education required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare project management required
• Experience in the healthcare industry, with a renowned and established healthcare provider or system required
• Experience in a European, US, UK or Australian healthcare provider preferred
• Background in managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects
• Familiarity with public-private partnerships is a strong asset
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to navigate complex legal and governmental environments
• Demonstrated success in leading through influence
• Cultural understanding of the Arabic region (UAE or GCC experience strongly preferred)
• Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
• Fluent English required, Arabic proficiency preferred
• Solid commercial and legal acumen

Location & travel

• Base: The role is based in Dubai, UAE, with an initial onboarding period of minimum 3 months in Lucerne area, Switzerland.
• Travel: Willingness to travel up to 25% (visits to Switzerland and other locations as required).
