Key Responsibilities:
Act as a bridge between the Sales team and the Procurement team, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
Follow up on payments and outstanding dues with clients in a professional manner.
Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and sales order processing.
Assist the Sales team with client queries, order tracking, and after-sales support.
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team for timely order dispatch and delivery.
Support the Sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets by ensuring process efficiency.
Handle administrative tasks related to sales and procurement coordination.
Added Advantage:
Prior experience in a sales coordination or admin support role.
Knowledge of procurement processes.
Familiarity with invoicing, payment follow-ups, and basic accounting procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook
