By fine-tuning the motor speed to align with actual demand, Danfoss drives contribute to optimizing energy consumption and improving operational efficiency across a range of applications, including HVAC systems, water and wastewater management, and industrial automation.

We are seeking a motivated Sales Engineer Trainee to participate in a one-year trainee program, offering opportunities for advancement within our organization. This position will be located in Dubai, UAE.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Participate in advanced sales training, including cross-selling techniques.
• Learn to use Power BI, Salesforce, and Configit for sales enhancement.
• Develop effective presentation skills for client communication.
• Collaborate with local Key Account Managers in solution and product sales.
• Engage in customer visits to build relationships and understand needs.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Under/Post Graduate degree in Electrical Engineering or a corresponding commercial education/background.
• At least 3 years of experience in Drives in UAE.
• Willingness to travel and hold a valid driver's license.
• Curious and willing to learn, with a strong ambition for personal development and career aspirations.
