An amazing opportunity is opened in our In Room Dining outlet. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Chef De Partie to lead our dynamic team dedicated to delivering an authentic and exquisite culinary experience.

What are we looking for?

• 3-5 years’ experience in a luxury 5-star international chain.
• Graduate/ Diploma in Catering from a recognized institute.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and people oriented.
• Ability to focus, always remaining calm and courteous.

What will you do?

• To work closely with the Chef in charge of the Kitchen on quality and cost control of food.
• Ensuring all food hygiene and health and safety regulations are strictly adhered.
• Assist the Chef de Cuisine/Sous Chef Team in their daily functions and facilitate the culinary operation.
• Menu Engineering.
• Training and Development of all Commis and Associates.
• Controls cooking procedures, portioning, garnishing and presentation of all dishes.
• Controls freshness, preparation techniques and storage of goods used.
• To maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and always following the grooming standards.
