Job Purpose

ENBD Business Banking was created as a distinct vertical to handle all “non-individual” relationships within RBWM Business Banking. It has always prioritized placing customers on suitable platforms to deliver optimal products & services.

As Senior Manager – ATM/CDM you will be in charge of leading business analysis initiatives related to the ATM/CDM network, translating operational needs and digital transformation goals into actionable technology and process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the business lead for initiatives related to the ATM/CDM network, covering digital upgrades, vendor transitions, and performance improvement.
  • Analyze current ATM/CDM processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and propose enhancements in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Drive backlog refinement, sprint planning, and requirement gathering for ATM/CDM-related digital projects.
  • Define and document detailed business and functional requirements for hardware deployment, cash forecasting, consumables, and issue resolution.
  • Lead data-driven decision-making using tools like Power BI to monitor ATM/CDM performance, SLAs, and customer usage.
  • Liaise with vendors and internal teams to align on ATM/CDM installations, removals, and relocations.
  • Work with Finance to forecast ATM/CDM costs and manage purchase justifications and approvals.
  • Ensure compliance with operational risk policies and regulatory standards; maintain oversight of account setup, closures, and P2P invoice clearance.
  • Proactively support test cases, UAT coordination, and release validation for ATM/CDM digital capabilities.
  • Champion automation, customer experience, and agile maturity across assisted channels.

Requirements

Education

  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, IT, or Engineering.

Experiences

  • Minimum 10-12 years of experience in ATM/CDM operations or digital banking
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in agile squads

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong knowledge of ATM/CDM operations, process improvement, and cash logistics.
  • Proficiency in tools like Power BI, JIRA, Confluence, and Excel.
  • Strategic thinker & a team player with a strong combination of business management and marketing expertise.
  • Self-motivated team player with good interpersonal & leadership skills
