Senior Sales Executive (Fintech/Cryptocurrency/Stablecoin/Fully Remote)

Our Client is the largest and the first licensed on/off-ramp platform for stablecoins in Africa. They are dedicated to offering innovative solutions in the African stablecoins space. Our client is committed to making stablecoins accessible and understandable for everyone, providing their customers with secure and user-friendly platforms for their financial transactions.


Role Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive our sales initiatives, grow market presence, and foster client relationships in the crypto sector. This role is for a highly motivated, self-driven professional who can work independently and excels in closing deals and building strong partnerships.


Job type: Full-time/Permanent

Workplace: Remote


Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales within the crypto industry.
  • Strong B2B sales experience
  • Demonstrated success in an individual contributor role, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote work environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Deep understanding of cryptocurrency products, blockchain technology, and digital asset markets.
  • Established network within the crypto or fintech industry.


Responsibilities

  • Act as an individual contributor to develop and execute our client's sales strategy within target markets.
  • Identify and approach key prospects, converting them into long-term partners.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align on sales targets, market trends, and opportunities for growth.
  • Stay updated on crypto market trends, our client’s products, and industry developments to provide valuable insights to clients and stakeholders.
