We are seeking an SEO & Paid Acquisition Specialist to drive traffic, leads, and conversions through a combination of organic SEO and paid search strategies. This role focuses on acquisition marketing, leveraging both technical SEO and PPC campaigns to fuel business growth.

The ideal candidate is analytical, data-driven, and experienced in multi-channel search marketing with a results-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to inform campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, producing actionable insights for optimization.
  • Collaborate with content, creative, and web teams to optimize landing pages and ad copy.
  • Manage advertising budgets, bidding strategies, and performance KPIs.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other optimization experiments for both paid and organic campaigns.
  • Stay updated on search engine algorithms, industry trends, and best practices in acquisition marketing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–5 years of experience in SEO, PPC, or digital acquisition roles.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO/PPC tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications.
  • Experience with multi-channel acquisition campaigns, including paid social.
  • Familiarity with CRO, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
  • Knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify) and basic HTML/CSS.
