Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content calendar, aligning with the brand’s overall marketing strategy.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content, including text, images, and videos, tailored to different social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok,  LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Conduct thorough research to identify trending topics and cultural nuances relevant to the UAE market.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and on-brand content.
  • Write captivating captions and copy that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.
  • Influencer marketing courses
  • Social Media Management:
  • Manage and maintain multiple social media channels, ensuring timely and consistent posting.
  • Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, comments, and messages, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Engage with the target audience through comments, likes, and shares, fostering a strong online community.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Community Management:
  • Build and nurture a loyal online community by actively participating in discussions and responding to comments.
  • Identify and engage with influencers and key opinion leaders in the UAE to amplify brand reach.
  • Organize and execute social media campaigns, contests, and giveaways to drive engagement and generate buzz.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, follower growth, and website traffic.
  • Use social media analytics tools to gain insights into audience behavior and content performance.
  • Generate regular reports on social media performance, including key findings and actionable recommendations.
  • Continuously optimize social media strategies based on data-driven insights.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in the UAE market.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Passion for social media and digital marketing.
  • A strong understanding of the UAE culture and market.
