We are looking for a Technical Product Analyst to join our Regional Product team. This role is crucial for the successful development and implementation of our products. You will play a key part in feature prioritization, solution design, overseeing the development team, overseeing cloud infrastructure, coordinating cybersecurity assessments, and enhancing application performance. You will collaborate closely with our Engineering, UI UX design, Implementation, and client-facing teams.
The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technical and product experience, especially in a fintech or startup setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the delivery of features from start to finish, including prioritization, design, testing, cybersecurity, and go-live.
Coordinate with teams such as Engineering, Quality Assurance, Cybersecurity, Implementation, and Product Leadership.
Provide ongoing support for client issues in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Production environments.
Conduct functional testing of new features and contribute to improving the quality of products, processes, and operations.
Assist in creating documentation, including product manuals and technical briefing materials for clients.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Basic Qualifications
•3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced
Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
•Experience in a fintech or startup environment is essential. You should be able to
handle multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic setting.
•Experience in software development or technical product
management.
•Strong understanding of DevOps practices, cloud technologies, and security
principles.
•Ability to develop Proof of Concepts during solution design.
•A proactive go-getter attitude, capable of working with cross-functional teams for
swift delivery.
•Excellent communication skills for engaging with both internal and external
stakeholders.
