We are Hiring Tyre Section Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily and periodic tyre inspections on company vehicles, trucks, buses, and heavy equipment.
- Check for abnormal wear, tread depth, air pressure, and physical damages (cuts, bulges, cracks, etc.).
- Use tyre pressure gauges, tread depth tools, and digital inspection systems to assess tyre condition.
- Report unsafe or worn-out tyres and recommend repair, retread, or replacement.
- Maintain accurate inspection logs, reports, and tyre history records.
- Monitor tyre inventory and assist in managing stock levels of tyres and related materials.
- Ensure tyres are fitted, balanced, and aligned according to manufacturer specifications.
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations during inspections and maintenance.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for timely tyre replacements and repairs.
- Educate drivers/operators on tyre care and pre-trip tyre checks.
- High School Diploma or Technical Certification in Automotive or related field.
- Proven experience in tyre inspection, fitting, or maintenance (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
- Knowledge of tyre brands, types, and applications (light vehicles, trucks, heavy machinery).
- Familiarity with tyre inspection tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify tyre-related safety risks.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry/reporting.
- Physically fit to handle tyre lifting and manual inspection work.
- Must know to Speak English
