Job Description
Lead and oversee AD Ports Group’s Regional HR Shared Services, ensuring the efficient delivery of HR operations, employee services, payroll, and talent administration across MENA, Europe, Asia, and LATAM. Establish a scalable, technology-driven HR service model, driving standardization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement while ensuring regional flexibility to comply with local labor laws and business needs.

Lead and oversee AD Ports Group’s Regional HR Shared Services, ensuring the efficient delivery of HR operations, employee services, payroll, and talent administration across MENA, Europe, Asia, and LATAM. Establish a scalable, technology-driven HR service model, driving standardization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement while ensuring regional flexibility to comply with local labor laws and business needs.
Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of the AD Ports Group’s Global HR Regional Services strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate HR objectives and operational excellence across all clusters and regions
- Direct the establishment of a standardized HR service delivery model, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and scalability while allowing flexibility for regional business requirements
- Oversee HR operations across regional HR regional services in MENA, Europe, Asia, and LATAM, ensuring consistent service levels and compliance with corporate policies as well as labor laws and regulations
- Manage the development and monitor HR service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement for all transactional HR services
- Lead the streamlining of HR processes across regions, ensuring efficient workforce administration, payroll, benefits, and employee transactions
- Collaborate with the Digital Cluster to implement process automation, self-service tools, and AI-driven HR solutions, improving HR service efficiency and employee experience
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence, ensuring HR services enhance employee satisfaction and workforce engagement
- Leverage data analytics to monitor global HR metrics, identify trends, and provide strategic insights to senior leadership for informed decision-making
- Establish and oversee escalation frameworks for regional HR issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution by regional teams while providing strategic guidance when necessary
- Provide effective leadership, supervision, and guidance to the team
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and high performance
- Manage the performance of direct reports, provide constructive feedback and recognize achievements
- Take an active role in the formulation of the overall HR strategy and ensure the alignment with the Group’s objectives
- Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team on best practices related to HR regional shared services
- Lead the strategic planning, development, execution, and evaluation of all HR regional services development programs and initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field. Master’s degree is a plus
