As Waiter - Banquet, We Rely On You To

• Support the daily banquet operation and works closely with events team
• Handle guest complaints effectively and professionally
• Ensure the smooth banquet operation and maintains high quality service standards
• Consistently looks for ways to enhance guest satisfaction

• Has a passion for Food & Beverage and ability to handle Event operations
• Enjoys delivering high quality guest service with a welcoming manner
• Loves interacting with guests and customers
• Communicates with fluency in English
• Preferably has working experience in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel
• Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new culinary trends
• Is committed to serving food of the highest quality
• Is willing to work shifts
