Brand Marketing Intern

We are looking for a multi-skilled Brand Marketing Intern to support the management of the brand in the Middle East region and to deliver the best-in-class executions of the strategy.

The successful candidate will be aware of the agile methodology to coordinate diverse tasks and work hand in hand with different stakeholders. Interpersonal skills, adaptability and proactivity are key to succeed at this job.

Job Responsibilities

BRAND & MARKETING REPORTING & ANALYSIS

• Help compile the monthly results, insights & learnings
• Help analyse the performance of the brand and competition
• Analyse the performance of best sellers and novelty
• Analyse the outcome of investments with content creators and make-up artists
• Price competition study to help price positioning analysis and implementation
• Coordinate and track product shipments for both local markets and travel retail, ensuring timely delivery and general administrative support
  
  

SUPPLIER COORDINATION

• Liaise and follow-up with different suppliers on project basis and respect deliverables and timelines
• Creation and payment of suppliers
  
  

VISUAL MERCHANDISING

• Crosscheck correct implementation of merchandising updates
• Supervise VM installations in the region
  
  

DIGITAL

• Assortment and stock digital weekly scrub
• Novelty p-page creation
• Assets creation for digital visibility
  
  

Profile

Experience in the beauty, fashion or luxury industry Knowledge and understanding of the region’s specificities Excellent analytical and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint English fluency and Arabic is preferable Ability to prioritize and to meet time critical deadlines Dynamic and passionate spirit Detail orientated Ability to adapt and pivot with flexibility Fast learning and team spirit are key in the Kendo family
