What You’ll Do- Own end-to-end recruitment: from posting roles to onboarding new hires
- Maintain accurate HR records, contracts, and employee files
- Support day-to-day HR admin (leave tracking, visa coordination, etc.)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines
- Ensure all HR processes are organised, compliant, and people-focused
- Assist with payroll data, performance reviews, and internal engagement efforts
- 2+ years’ experience in HR, recruitment, or admin roles
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Great communicator with a professional, approachable manner
- UAE labour law familiarity and visa processing knowledge (preferred)
- Proficient in Google Workspace and HR software tools
- Discreet, detail-oriented, and proactive
